Amba, the daughter of the CEO, attended university in the UK, and upon her return to Trinidad she came into the company following stints in the public sector and international civil service. She works directly with the Operations Manager and the supervisors of the company for management of programme, special projects, and day to day operations. She is passionate about fostering safe, efficient, and people-focused environments, and leads initiatives to enhance team development and support continuous improvement. Amba’s areas of technical expertise include quality management, risk management, project planning, scheduling, and generalised project management.
