Roger started at Amsha during the early days of the company’s development, starting off as a painter, and leaning on his vocational training in Advanced Industrial Coating and Automotive Painting. During this he showed a great work ethic, trustworthiness and high level of interest towards the company development and growth. Roger is currently Yard Supervisor and Coating Team Lead, overseeing work in both programme and operations that is being done in the main Amsha Compound.
